Johann Fiedler, born near Hannover in 1996, graduated with his A-Levels in 2014.

After a diaconal voluntary service abroad in London, UK, he studied teaching in theology & philosophy at the University of Cologne.

After working as a research assistant in the state parliament of North Rhine-Westphalia, he completed a Master's degree in Theology and Global Development at RWTH Aachen University. He completed this in 2022 with an economics-assisted empirical thesis on career entry with a refugee background. In the course of an internship and subsequent employment, which included a research activity, he worked in the HR area & recruiting of a corporation in the automotive industry.

From winter semester 2022/2023, Johann Fiedler is researching and teaching as a research associate at the Institute of Catholic Theology, in interdisciplinary Research Areas between Theology, Natural Sciences, and Engineering at the RWTH Aachen University.
